This is an upgrade from the BB1. It's larger to give more room for the nest and is made of thick red cedar with screw construction. This model also has a predator guard around the entrance hole to prevent squirrels from reaching in to get the eggs. It has a front entrance door for easy cleaning and front latch as another way of stopping the predators from getting in. This really is a good price for this house.
