Duncraft has made this feeder with the squirrels in mind. The distance between the tube and the fencing is too wide for the squirrel to reach the seed! All of the small perching and clinging birds can enter inside to enjoy a meal without worrying about predator birds such as the starlings and grackles. There is a disc on the top that is a simple lock so that squirrels and raccoons can't get in but you can without effort. Place this feeder on a branch with confidence that the seed will not be stolen by predators. Always have water nearby.
