My wife and I have watched, fed and cared for wild birds for over 30 years. While in our careers, we decided to open Wild Bird Marketplace as a retirement business. I have since retired and now run the store full time with my wife helping on the weekends.
We are now a “Mom and Pop” shop - my wife says it’s 90 Mom and 10% POP! Anyway, our background is teaching and we love to share our birding experiences with all who will listen.
We have had many customers who come in and were misinformed about the birdfeeders and birdhouses they purchased. We decided early on that we would first inform and then sell the appropriate product according to the customer’s wishes.
