Bluebird Houses

Bluebirds are ground feeders enjoying beetles, grasshoppers, and crawling bugs of all kinds. Knowing what and where they feed tells us where to put their house. Place the bluebird box in an open area, some 5 feet or so above ground level. Bluebirds are not seed eaters, so if you want to try to bring them to your bluebird house, put a few meal worms in a container nearby.
